Materials: bridal tulle, elastic, stretch knit

Handmade from over 35+yards of soft smooth Bridal tulle, two layer striped, of soft bridal tulle in red, green and white colors that have been gathered and serged to the white fabric covered elastic waistband for extra durability. We also add a white stretch knit underskirt so that you can no see through this tutu~

This skirt is not made yet, It is made when ordered!

machine washable, hang dry or tumble dry low
This tutu is not tied tulle it is completely sewn!
