All orders are ready for dispatch within 1-2 weeks. I am flexible if you NEED it by a certain date for a birthday or anniversary. Otherwise, I also offer “NEXT DAY PICK-UP” at check-out. Next Day pick-up means the artwork will be ready within 24 hours after receiving your order and will be available for pick-up next-day at a Staples or Walmart near you. Due to COVID, Staples pick-ups are available curbside and Walmarts are still open.
Note: Note: I always provide a proof before finalizing the order. I do accept minor tweaks and changes to the artwork for a total of up to 3 proofs before additional charges apply (minor revisions include changing colours, removing drool/eye goop, removing stray hairs, adjusting eye colours, repositioning etc. to the provided proof with the provided photo). However, if you choose to use a different photo or change the photo and replace it with another photo after I provided a proof of the original photo additional charges will apply. If you supply multiple photos, I will choose the best photo for the portrait. Once the proof is provided with the chosen photo, swapping or changing the photo will require additional charges.
