When you ready to order,
1) Select the size, 8×10 inch(21x25cm) , 11×14 inch(27.94×35.56cm), 16*20 inch(40.64×50.8cm) and Select the number of person.

2) Email me at MoonMoonartwork [!at] outlook.com for a photo you would like to be painted.

3) List all your requirement in your email, we work together to determine the style, subject, size and any other detail.

4) Once all requirements are confirmed, we will start our work. We understand this might be time sensitive gift for an special day. So we will try to complete as soon as we can.

5) Once the painting is completed, we will send it to you for review.

6) After you confirm it, we will mail the painting to you.

*Shipping:

The default carriers that we use are USPS to America and Canada Post to Canada

We provide the following shipping method to our customers:

1)Regular mail: free shipping to North America. 7-10 business days to arrive in Canada or US
2)Express mail: 2-5 business days in Canada or Unite States

Please notice:
*All painting will be mailed with a hardboard box to make sure the deliver guy not to damage the painting. However, it is out of our control of how each deliver guy handle the mails. Therefore we are not responsible for damage during delivery.

*Please be aware that delivery time is affected by Covid-19. This is out of our control so we do not guarantee arrival time.

**Refund&Return:
Art is very subjective and everyone see it differently. Feel free to ask for more samples of my painting for you to ensure you like my style. Once you place the order, it means you like my art and agree with my painting style. We take every painting seriously and each painting takes us couple days to complete by hand. In any cases that you do not like the work(which is very rare,) we are agree to give you 50% refund.
